Refund Policy

Early Homeschool is run by an individual based in India. We sell digital products, such as printable PDF workbooks. Nothing is shipped.

Who you are buying from

Paid products are sold through Payhip. Payhip hosts the checkout and delivers the file. Payment is processed by Payhip's payment partners, such as Stripe or PayPal. We never take your card number on this website. Payhip collects digital VAT for buyers in the EU and UK. It is not a worldwide merchant of record for every country. Its Terms of Use apply to the transaction. This policy explains how we handle refund requests. If anything here conflicts with the law where you live, the law applies.

Digital files cannot be returned

Because a download cannot be handed back, refunds are limited to the cases below. We do not offer a general satisfaction or “change of mind” refund.

When we will fix it or refund you (within 7 days of purchase)

  • The file is corrupted, will not open, or is missing pages the product page said were included.
  • The product is materially different from how the product page described it.
  • You were charged more than once for the same order.
  • You paid but did not receive a working download.

In most cases we will first send you a corrected or replacement file. If we cannot fix the problem, we will refund you.

When we cannot refund

  • You changed your mind, or no longer need the product.
  • You bought the wrong product and have already downloaded it.
  • Printing problems caused by your printer, paper, ink, or settings. Print at 100% scale on A4 or Letter and use draft mode for dotted lines. We are happy to help with this.
  • Your child did not like the pages, or finished at a different pace. We do not promise learning results.
  • The files were shared, resold, or used outside the licence in our Terms.

How to ask

Email hello@earlyhomeschool.com within 7 days of purchase. Please include:

  • the email address you used to buy
  • your order number (from your receipt email)
  • a short description of the problem, with a screenshot if you can

We aim to reply within 5 business days.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Payhip. They usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Your statement may show “Payhip” or the payment provider you used.

Chargebacks

Please email us before disputing a payment with your bank. We resolve genuine problems quickly, and Payhip's Terms of Use cover how the checkout handles disputes.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy removes any right you have under consumer law where you live that cannot legally be waived. Where the law gives a right to cancel digital content within 14 days (for example in the EU and UK), that right is handled through Payhip's checkout and terms, and it can end once you agree to immediate delivery and the download begins.
